Dutch indie game for Xbox One uses Kinect in new way
the Dutch development studio Through Games brings on July 13 FRU for the Xbox One. The game uses the Kinect camera and does so in a unique way. The silhouette of the player is used in the levels of platformer.
Gamers must when playing FRU for allowing their TV and get yourself into the picture as a silhouette. FRU contains four chapters with a total of 110 levels and Achievements “that ask you to use muscles that you never knew you had,” said the authors. The game is available for download on the Xbox One from July 13 and costs 15 euros.
FRU emerged as a prototype was made in 48 hours during the Global Game Jam in Breda in 2014. Images of the original prototype can be seen in a movie .
