Dutch indie game The Flock gets closed-alpha

The game The Flock of Dutch indie developer Vogelsap is from late October to play it. Closed-alpha The developer then gives gamers access to one level of the game, they can play. Weekends only

Players can now register for the closed-alpha, on October 31 – Halloween – starts via Steam. According to developer Vogelsap there are a limited number of places available, but how many there are, is unknown. Testers can multiplayer game play over the weekends, to ensure that there are enough players online at any given time.

In The Flock each player starts out as a big and strong monster called Flock. It is intended that each player knows an orb as soon as possible to obtain. Once a player is in possession of the orb, the other players must chase him and try to take the ball off.

The carrier of the ball can only attack other Flocks when moving. As a Flock stationary, he will be petrified and is invulnerable. The carrier can not wait until the Flock moves again because other Flocks of other directions may come to attack. Carrier to According to the makers that makes for a very exciting moment. “
