Electronic Arts exchanges his traditional booth at the E3 game exhibition for a private event in Los Angeles and London. EA Play is unlike the game fair open to gamers who advance to reserve a free ticket.

EA Play starts on Sunday June 12th at one o’clock in the afternoon local time with a Media Briefing from Club Nokia in Los Angeles. Which is virtually next door to the Convention Center where E3 place since time immemorial. The event lasts until Tuesday. EA announced on the site of the event that there are hands-on sessions and competitions held there special guests arrive on the scene and that several livestreams it will be followed on the Internet. European gamers keep EA on June 12 a similar event in conference hall The Mermaid in London, as reports GameSpot.

The arrival of EA Play also means the end of EA’s traditional presence at the E3 trade show itself, where the publisher normally had one of the largest booths. One benefit of the new approach is that the company’s operations are also to be visited by consumers, while the E3 trade show is open only to media and business visitors. EA Play Who would want to visit must, due to the expected crowds, in due course reserve a free ticket through the website of the event.

It is not yet known which games Electronic Arts will extract at E3. It is expected that Mass Effect: Andromeda, Mirror’s Edge Catalyst and the downloadable content packages for Star Wars: Battlefront pass in review, as new versions of EA’s sports games like Madden and FIFA.
