EA makes new DLC content for Star Wars Battlefront known




After the December-released DLC map Battle of Jakku EA is now adding more free content to Star Wars Battlefront. In addition to free content EA also gives the names of four paid free Season Pass additions and corresponding release dates.

From Wednesday disciplines will an update gain, including Tatooine Survival folder. The folder then supports Blast, Droid Run, Drop Zone, Hero Hunt and Heroes vs Villains in multiplayer mode and called Raider Camp. Han Solo and Luke Skywalker Hoth can adorn themselves in new outfits. The outfits are available as one of the two main characters is played on Hoth. The outfits were already released to players that the Heroes’ Holiday community mission played out in December.

Furthermore, players can create Private Matches, allowing play against friends should be easier. There are Daily Challenges and Community Events. These are intended to rally the community around different goals to earn credits jointly. How this will look like exactly, EA announced in the near future. Besides the new additions and tweaks have also looked at the balance of the weapons in the game and the multiplayer modes. All DLC can be obtained by January 27 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

In February added more free content, including a new Survival mission on Hoth and a new multiplayermap on Hoth for greater gaming modes such as Walker Assault Supremacy Fighter Squadron and TurningPoint. The latter mode is available on all maps that support all of that time Walker Assault and Supremacy. In March comes multiplayermap available for Endor.

People who have purchased a season pass, the next few months getting a lot of new maps, modes, Heroes, weapons and more to digest. EA has now released the names of four paid expansion packs. In March comes around Outer Rim factories Sullust and gamers get the opportunity to fight in Jabba the Hutt’s palace on Tatooine. In summer, the expansion Bespin, which takes place in the same cloud city. Followed in the autumn Death Star and the beginning of 2017 is underway expansion, but there are no details known yet.
