Each medium with Facebook page can publish from April Instant Articles
Facebook begins on April 12 with the opening of its Instant Articles platform for anyone with a Facebook page. Instant media articles Articles can host it on Facebook servers to ensure that pages load faster.
Instant Articles have faster loading items from Facebook, so users do not have to wait as long to read a clicked link. From April 12 anyone can publish Instant Articles, instead of the few hundred publications now have access, writes Facebook.

The Instant Articles system is compatible with instruments from other providers, such as comScore, Omniture and Google Analytics.
