Eizo introduces Edge CS270 Color monitor with 16-bit look-up table




Eizo has a 27 “monitor with resolution of 2560×1440 pixels added to its product range. The monitor supports 10bits color and has a 16-bit look-up table that can be used in combination with Color Navigator software for hardware calibration.

The Color Edge CS270 has an IPS panel with screen diagonal of 27 inches and resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. According to the manufacturer can display the screen 99 percent of the Adobe RGB color space. Besides the Color Edge 10bits color monitor contains a 16-bit look-up table. Eizo delivers the Color Navigator software along with the screen, which the look-up table in the monitor can be used to calibrate so that the user can adjust color temperature, brightness, black level and tone curve. The CS270 displays images at a maximum brightness of 300 cd / m 2. The screen is DisplayPort, DVI-D and HDMI equipped and there is also a USB hub with two upstream times and twice downstream available for connecting peripherals. Eizo provides the model from July for a suggested retail price of 1099 euros.
