For users of digital content, the Internet offers almost limitless pleasure. It is limited, however, when you are not in your home country, as a rule contents can only be consumed in the country where you are also based and related content. Just looking at the latest favorite series? Possibly not possible. This does not even have something to do with the provider itself, but with the rights that this has acquired for the respective content. The European Parliament’s Legal Affairs Committee has now voted for better cross-border access to online content.
