EVGA Introduces Z170 Classified K Motherboard
The EVGA Classified K Z170 is the latest addition to EVGA’s line Z170 motherboards. The Classified K is meant for gamers and features an Intel Z170 chipset and supports four modules DDR4 memory at a speed of 3600MHz.
With room for four modules the Classified K can on up to 64GB of memory available. Furthermore, the motherboard has a I219 Gigabit Ethernet port and a Killer E2400 network card. EVGA shows that the motherboard is built with overclocking in mind. The Classified K has an ATX form factor and size of 304,8×243,8mm.
With the Intel Z170 chipset supports the Classified K Intel processors of the Skylake generation. On the rear panel of the motherboard are two USB 3.1 ports, four USB 3.0 ports and two USB 2.0 ports. There is also support for an HDMI port and six SATA-600 ports. Additional facilities include three M.2 slots, twice Key M and once Key E. In addition, the motherboard supports two-way SLI and PhysX.
The EVGA Classified K Z170 will cost 333 euros, but if the motherboard can be supplied, is still unknown.
