Facebook gets one of Siri’s managers from Apple

Facebook has earned a large employee at the expense of Apple , where Rushin Shah left his position as manager of teaching the machine under the assistant voice company Smart Siri Siri, which means losing Siri to the director responsible for understanding the natural language, and joining the team to teach the machine application at Facebook where He will work on the natural language and understand the dialogue.

Shah has published his account on LinkedIn, and has indicated that he will move forward after five years of stint with Apple and Siri. Shah will operate according to his personal profile on LinkedIn within Facebook’s headquarters in Menlo Park, on the eastern edge of San Mateo, San Francisco Bay, California.

As the name of the team suggests, the machine learning team is responsible for identifying ways to implement artificial intelligence in social networking products. The news comes at a crucial time for Apple’s virtual assistant Siri, who has received significant updates with the announcement of the 11th version of the portable operating system IOS.

IOS 11 entered the pilot developer phase last week and is expected to be released this fall. Shah’s responsibilities in Apple included the real-time natural language operating system, machine learning models, model publishing lines, and data science to capture insights into user intentions and behavior.

Shah was earlier in charge of his career with Siri on a number of key features including the implementation of the workbooks to determine when users are trying to get emergency talks with Apple’s assistant and the system to improve entity recognition, and it is unclear who will take over the platform within Apple.

Siri is currently facing a strong competitor from other helpers such as Google’s assistant, Amazon Alexa and Microsoft’s assistant Curtana. Last week, Apple announced HomePod, a wireless speaker that allows users to talk to Siri through devices in their homes rather than Apple computers and devices Portable.

Shah’s field of verbal understanding of language is critical to the success of the audio helper. It is impossible for Siri to take action on a user’s voice command without understanding what the user is saying.
