Facebook gives Messenger support for multiple accounts

Facebook has made it possible to have multiple users log in to the Messenger application. This should be useful for example for families exercising together an Android device.

Via a Facebook post left the social networking site know that users of the Messenger app be updated to support multiple accounts. In the settings it is possible to link multiple accounts with the app, after which they are displayed in a list. Users can only see their own messages; which are not visible from others are standard. It is for everyone to see how many notifications each user.

Linking multiple accounts within the Messenger app must above all provide a solution for family members and others who make joint use of a mobile device. For now only the new feature is available for Android users, who automatically receive the update or install the app from Google Play. A version for iOS is currently being tested .
