Facebook introduces common photo albums
Nice feature for the Facebook Group, which is currently being tested with a small group of English-speaking users: shared photo albums. The plot? Supposing you do with several friends vacation, then you can create and give more people access to this, so multiple people can just upload multiple photo album together. These albums can be shared only with the partners publicly or privately.
Shared album screen
Facebook employee Bob Baldwin explains it one more time:
How it works:
You can make any existing album you have into a shared album by Clicking “Make Shared Album” at the top of the album’s page. If you get added to someone else’s shared album, you can add new photos to existing album or merge into it (available as on option in the shared album’s menu). All contributors get notified When new photos are added. You can set the audience for a shared album to public, friends of the contributors (so each contributor’s friends can see the photos), or contributors only (you’d only like the contributors to see it). Once this feature is turned on for you, try going through your albums and adding friends thatwere with you!
