FBI arrested alleged administrator Silk Road 2.0




The FBI in San Francisco arrested a 26-year old man who is suspected to manage Silk Road 2.0, a marketplace on which drugs are primarily traded. Europol also would ‘operation Onymous’ hunt for drug criminals who operate through the Tor network.

According to the defendant, the 26-year-old Blake Benthall, the baton of the former Silk Road FBI administrator William Ross Ulbricht Ulbricht was acquired after October 2013 arrested . Benthall would have the Silk Road 2.0 site managed under the alias Defcon. The ‘relaunch’ of the original Silk Road website, which was approached only through the Tor network, has been in the air exactly one year.
