Together, these scientific breakthroughs reinforce optimism intelligence that today it is possible to create not only the tiny flying cyborgs, but also much more. Engineers, geneticists and experts in the field of neurology control the minds of animals in different ways and for different purposes, and their tools are becoming cheaper and easier to use, even for those who are not experts. Very soon we will be able to fully put under control the bodies and minds of animals. The only question is whether we want it.
