Netgear has a new version of ReadyNAS RAIDiator, the software that runs on a variety of NAS devices that company equipped with an x86 processor. Can update through to the System> Update> Remote to navigate tab in Front View or purchased the new self-image download . The changelog for this release is as follows:

New features and enhancements

Updated OpenSSL to address security vulnerabilities.
Enabled DLNA support for FLV files.
Fixed Network checksum issue on 4-bay units using bonding.
Updated Samba to address security vulnerabilities.
Avoided potential data corruption on writes constantly recovery or double-degraded RAID6.
Updated Bash to fix “Shell Shock” vulnerability.
