First builds VLC with Chromecast support appear online

The first test version of VLC 3.0 with Chromecast support to install. The work builds on Windows, Linux and MacOS. The function works in the nightly versions of the media player software, far from flawless.

The builds are installing from the Night Lies page VLC, noted Ars Technica on. When playing the video is the function under Tools Render Output. There appears a list of available devices that support Google Cast, after selecting the video should play.
