Five midrange PC gaming headsets – What is the best set between 100 and 200 euros

It has been two years since we last tested a number of headsets that are designed for the PC gamer. In the meantime, there has been released a whole new generation of headsets; all manufacturers have renewed their offer, so there is every reason to re-impose some instances together. We have selected five popular gaming headsets from Pricewatch. For the comparison to maintain a fair bit, they are chosen in the range of one hundred to two hundred euros. we have chosen always one model per manufacturer in the selection of the test models. The choice fell on the Corsair Void RGB Wireless, Sennheiser PC 363d, SteelSeries Siberia 350 Logitech G933 and Razer ManO’War.

In this test we compare price, comfort, construction, weight, appearance, connections, accessories and functionality. To a large extent these are subjective variables that can not be put in readings. We trust in the evaluation of the headsets just to our ears, which is just as subjective. Nevertheless, we believe that we, just by comparing the sets themselves, something meaningful to say about the quality. While our ears are therefore an important indicator, but we also can do some measurements. We have a measuring arrangement put together to deal with the frequency representations of the tested headsets transparent. See here for an explanation of the method we use.
