Flickr renews interface with photo timeline

Flickr is engaged in the development of a new interface for browsing through photos. The photo service works to Camera Roll, which sort photos easier and should be managed. The new features are not yet available to everyone.

The Petapixel website made the first mention of the arrival of Camera Roll, the new way of Flickr users want to organize their photos. The site itself states that owner Yahoo Camera Roll is still in beta and therefore not all users have been granted access.

With Camera Roll it easier to sort photos. Thus uploaded images are automatically sorted by time and displayed on a timeline, which should make it easier to select photos from a certain date. It should also be easier to manage photos. Multiple photos can be selected at the same time and their properties can be adjusted, for example the privacy settings.

The new interface is similar to the camera interface, which for example is used in many smartphones. Flickr promises that eventually goes to add new features to Camera Roll. When the beta period is over, is still unknown.
