Fujifilm announces X-T1 ILC with OLED viewfinder




Fujifilm has announced its X-T1 camera. The ILC is resistant to dust, water, and cold, and that’s what it is, above differs from the X-E2. There is also an electronic viewfinder with 0.77x magnification and low lag time.

The X-T1 is an ILC that great similarities with the X-E2 . The camera instance, the same size and 16-megapixel sensor. Differences there are in the case: that is the X-T1 withstand harsh weather conditions and should therefore be able to withstand dust, moisture and cold.

In addition, added flash and supports burst mode 8fps instead of 3fps. To write images off quickly the camera can handle memory cards based on the new SDXC UHS-II standard. Fujifilm has also given the EFF significantly upgraded. The resolution of the OLED finder is still 2.36 million pixels, or 1024 by 768 pixels, but there is 0.77 x magnification and the lag-time is 0.005 seconds, according to Fujifilm.

The U.S. MSRP of the X-T1 is $ 1300, and in combination with a 18-55mm f2.8-4 lens is $ 1700. European prices are not yet known. The ILC will be available in February.
