German media companies want to ban adblocker
Some German media companies, the company has brought back the popular Adblock Plus extension to court. According to the companies, the practices of Adblock Plus, companies asking for money to still show ads illegal.

There was some confusion about the indictment; Adblock Plus itself denies having received a complaint.
According to the media, the business model of Adblock Plus anti-competitive and contrary to the law. Standard Adblock Plus blocks all ads, but companies can the company behind the extension request certain, ‘reticent’ ads have to pass through. There they must, however, pay for it.
