Gigabyte shows Brix mini-PCs with Intel Broadwell You processors
Gigabyte has announced Brix desktops equipped with Intel’s new mobile Broadwell processors. It comes to models with Core You processors with HD Graphics 5500 GPUs on board.
Gigabyte has Brix line of mini PCs update data with Broadwell processors. The series consists of two sets of three models: three Brix s models with thickness of 46.8 mm and three Brix variants of 33,9mm thick. The series are equipped with a Core i3-5010U, Core i5-5200U and i7-5500U. These include mobile chips with the HD Graphics 5500 and TDP of 15W. Brix systems Broadwell processor with TDP of 28W and powerful Iris Graphics 6100 GPU are not here yet. The models with Core i7 otherwise support NFC.
The Brix systems additionally features two SO-DIMM slots support up to 16GB of DDR3 memory and an mSATA connector for storage. There is also a PCI-E slot, but taken in by a busy M.2 NGFF 2230 card provides support for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 ac. In front of the Brix models are two USB 3.0 ports and audio jack, sit at the back HDMI, mini display port, a dual USB 3.0 ports and Gigabit Ethernet.
