Gmail 6.11 has been released today – at least the APK file is already available online. At the time when I sat on this post, the official version on Google Play was 6.10.23 and the last update of November 3rd. Many new features does not bring the current version 6.11 with it. First of all, there is a small change in quoting e-mails: the text cited is no longer prominently displayed, which has so far increased the overview, but also removed a lot of space on the screen. Now, instead, the app is similar to the web interface.
