Gmail Notifier: read, delete and archive e-mail notifications directly

Add-ons for notification of new mail in Gmail, there are some. Under Chrome for example, I really like Checker Plus used, since I delete mails directly from the notifications or can mark as read. For Firefox I have also been looking for a solution and I am comfortable with Gmail Notifier landed.

Gmail Notifier

Once you are logged into your Gmail account, which automatically checks add-on in the background at a fixed interval of your new emails. If a new mail arrives, you will be automatically notified and also gets in the extension bar the possibility to archive, delete, mark as read or report as spam – just the usual actions of Gmail.

Good solution is also the possibility to use multiple accounts or to be notified only on messages that are associated with a particular label, so you will not be too distracted by the notifications. The developers describe the device in detail again here . A look at the general settings of Gmail Notifier can not hurt also.
