Google acquires firm specializing in Smart Watches industry




Thought that Google will benefit from the expertise of the company to develop the budding smart

Google acquired the company WIMM specialized Labs smart watch industry apparently step from Google to develop the budding smart, according to the report made by the first GiaOM site then Google spokesman confirmed to The Verge.

The company then issued a WIMM Labs smart first operating system Android WIMM One in the year 2011 and platform developers create applications.

It is believed that the company’s employees will join in the Google Group for the development of Android, the information indicates that the acquisition has been since the summer of 2012 but was not disclosed at that time, the company closed its accounts on social media sites dramatically and published on its website a message entry in “exclusive relationship and confidentiality” prevented it from continuing to pursue the development of its products.

It should be noted that several technical firms such as “Samsung” and “Apple” and “Microsoft” and “LG” plans to produce its own smart watches where the market is currently dominated by Sony, which recently launched the second generation of smartphones, then is expected to reveal the “Samsung” on the special days later then at IFA Berlin 2013.
