Google adds ‘Find my phone’ to Android Wear




With the latest update of Google Android Wear the ‘Find My phone’ feature added to the operating system for wearables. So far the work function to trace a lost phone only from a browser.

android wear find phone Google added the back find function in August 2013 to Android with the release of Android Device Manager. To trace a phone had to use a browser.

Now Google has that option so in an update stopped for Android Wear. The feature is located under “Find my phone” in the options menu. Includes the function to call by “Ok Google Home Find my phone” to say, all works that last only wear devices that are set to US English.

Find a lost phone has become much easier since all major mobile operating systems provide the ability to trace the phone using a browser. Apple introduced the ‘Find My iPhone’ function first in 2010, after Microsoft added in Windows Phone 7 and Google until mid-2013.
