Google Cardboard Camera app for iOS is out

Google has the first Cardboard Camera version released for iOS. The application is compatible with iOS 8.0 or higher and requires an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. The 102 megabyte large application allows 360-degree photos are recorded with ambient noise.

Cardboard Camera The picture looks like a normal panorama, but have depth. It is not a normal picture file, since there is noise when recorded. The extension is also .vr.jpg. By placing the phone in a Cardboard viewer, the user gets a virtual reality sensation, though it is not possible to look up or down because the picture is not entirely recorded around.

By deviating file .vr.jpg the photos could not simply be shared including Fr options. A photo forwarded yield a normal panorama. Since the application by Monday is out for iOS app is also updated for Android and share photos via a vr.google.com link that opens then a Google Cardboard app.

According to Google’s blog there since the release of the Cardboard Camera app made with some 5 million photos. The app can be download in the App Store or Play Store . Google released the first Android version in December 2015.
