Google daughter shows robot dog that you can give a kick




Google daughter Boston Dynamics shows a sample robot animal cruelty in a new video. The company has developed a robot dog named Spot, which give employees a staircase. The robot dog resists the kick without problems.

Spot is not the first robot dog from Boston Dynamics, but BigDog is a lot bigger and hardly be regarded as a dog, more like beasts of burden. BigDog is 109 pounds heavier than a piece Spot, which weighs 72.6 pounds.

Spot running around on four hydraulic legs and scans the environment and terrain with cameras and sensors in its head. The sensors also ensure that the dog stays on his feet when he gets a kick. Spot knows how to recover from a kick and run after a side kick from another employee. It is not known how fast he can trot, but the video shows a man at reasonable pace meerent with the animal.

Furthermore, the dog can easily walk over rough terrain and climbing stairs. The robot is designed for indoor and outdoor operations, which the manufacturer probably thinking of rescue work.
