Google gives Android Wear update with new gestures and voice messages

Google has announced improvements for Android Wear. For example, new gestures are built and the OS can be operated with voice commands. The new software is coming to users in the future.

On his blog, Google has set put what new features are built into Android Wear. This primarily relates to use enhancements to control the OS, through gestures and speech. By finger movements, the user can perform various functions, such as opening the application screen or to return to the homescreen. On its support page explains Google out which finger movements are linked to the functions.

Regarding voice is added support for some new apps, allowing users to send messages using Hangouts, Telegram, Whatsapp and other IM software. Furthermore, Google has adapted the mobile operating system for use with speakers, allowing for example to have telephone conversations heard on the watch.

Google claims that the new version of Android Wear will be rolled out in the coming weeks for all the clocks running on the mobile OS. Users will automatically receive a notification when the software is available.
