Google loses Brein in case of data from vendor ‘illegal e-books’




Google needs the data of a person handing sold on Google Play ‘illegal e-books’ to Brein, as the judge Monday sentenced. The person may raise objections.

Google must within three weeks of the personal data behind the ‘Flâmanca Hollanda provide’ account in Brain, says the verdict of the judge. These include to the IP address, mailing address, bank account number and first and last name specified for the Google Account. Even if the person comes from outside the EU, Google must hand over the data.
