Google Music Key mandatory service for artists who use Content ID

The artist put the terms of the contract online that they received from Google. It shows that YouTube users are obliged to join the new streaming service Music Key, both paid and free version. It should upload music artists in other services simultaneously put on YouTube and get all uploaded songs ads.
