Google Play Music Streaming Service will free version




Google has a free version of its streaming service launched for US users. They can now play without paying preset playlists. It is, moreover, have advertising included.

On his blog explains how Google to see the free streaming service that it will have. Users can choose from a variety of preset radio stations that play music with a particular theme, or belonging to a particular time or activity. This method of stream comes from streaming service Songza, which is Google by last year acquired . Available radio stations are made by employees and by also playing between advertising off.

For now, the free streaming feature is only available to US users, but it is likely that there will be a European version in due course. The paid version of the Play Music streaming service is in fact already available in the Netherlands costs nearly 10 euros per month. This makes it possible to choose music itself. Besides paid and stream free Google also allows users to upload their own music. Tens of thousands of tracks can be uploaded free of charge.

With a free version of its service Google will probably even more emphatically to compete with companies like Spotify, which also offer free streaming. The web version of Google’s free music streaming service is immediately available for US users. Later this week the feature also comes to the apps for Android and iOS.
