Google releases Chrome Remote Desktop for iOS out




Google on Monday Chrome Remote Desktop released for iOS devices. Thus users can control their Windows, Linux or OS X system remotely. Earlier, there appeared a version for Android.

The free program for the iPad and the iPhone appeared Monday in the App Store. It works with iOS 7.0 and later. The application is also optimized for iPhone 5, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, if there is to be read.

Chrome Remote Desktop is an extension for Google Chrome browser, but there is at login without the browser is running. The extension must be installed on the remote desktop, and for this purpose can be accessed from another device with the Chrome extension or application.

Last year brought a version of Google Chrome Remote Desktop for Android. Similar services were existing practice for the mobile operating system, such as LogMeIn and TeamViewer.
