Google shows photo app for Chrome as a single free application
Coincidentally, this morning I again went to the photo app from Google, as I noticed that she was again actively displayed in my Chrome browser, even though I had disabled it. FYI, what is the photo app: this is officially an app for Chromebooks, which is to simplify the managing and uploading images. She was so far for all platforms – except Chrome OS – locked.
I already reported in July about the app , it should also local folders with the Google+ can sync photos in the future. Now the app was with me this morning so active and I once risked a glance. It is at Google+ Photos is a packaged app, so it can be run as a single app and feels like a normal budget by program.
Like Dropbox and other services offers Google+ photos to automatically import photos when a camera is connected or an SD card is used. When uploading, you can select whether the full size should be used, thus affecting your memory, or if the photos are scaled to 2048 pixels and are thus not count against your storage space. Individual photos or albums can do, even in full screen mode, view, so you do not have to surf to Google+.
Also can be on Google+ Photos Upload own photos to the cloud or share on the social network. After the first launch, the app still reports that it is working on an unsupported platform, but apparently it seems not to affect the basic function.
