4chan founder Chris “moot” Poole gets to work at Google. It is not clear what role he will perform there, but he was welcomed by Bradley Horowitz, which deals with Google services such as photographs and streams.

slice On his blog writes Poole that he is looking forward to put his experience in building online communities at Google. He adds that he was impressed by the fact that Google is enable employees to solve the most interesting and important issues in the world. Variety and Ars Technica will assume that Poole his talents is committed to Google+ new life breathe.

Poole, better known by his alias ‘moot’, 4chan founded in 2003 as a forum for sharing images. In subsequent years, it grew into a popular site, thanks to the anonymity enjoyed by users. This meant that 4chan appeared regularly negative news, be it for child pornography, the hacker collective “Anonymous” or leaking nude pictures of, among other famous Americans.

“Moot” stopped early in 2015 as manager of 4chan. The site was then 42 billion page views generated since its inception, with about 1.2 million visitors a day. In September 2015 the news came out that he had the site sold to the Japanese Hiroyuki Nishimura, who founded 4chan Sample 2channel.
