Find a Question:
Google wants password Chromebook replace smartphone owner
Google is working on a feature to replace the smartphone owner. Password on a Chromebook Exactly how the function works, is not yet entirely clear, because the feature is not finished yet.
The function named “Easy Unlock ‘is in the developer version of Chrome OS and users can switch it manually. Nevertheless, the functionality does nothing; presumably requires an Android app that is not there, reports Android Police.
The exact effect of the function is unclear, but Google claims in the non-working setup that it is safer than the regular release. The function is still far from complete: after the first three pages of the setup he loves it and he continues to search for the device. Presumably it works with an Android device to which the user is logged in with the same Google Account on the Chromebook.Viewing:-190
