GooPhone and trehsimochnye LG released the first smartphone based on MediaTek
In the market there is a large number of mobile phones that support two SIM-cards . LG and GooPhone released the world’s first smartphones using the technology MediaTek Triple-SIM: GooPhone X1 + and Optimus L4II with three SIM-slots.
Technology Mediatek 3G Triple-SIM allows the use of all three cards, “make phone calls, send data, conduct SMS-correspondence, and at the same time remain in standby mode without excessive battery consumption,” says Mediatek. The Chinese company GooPhone became known for producing clones of the largest manufacturers of products of smartphones, such as Samsung and Apple.
Despite the support of working with three SIM-cards, both smartphones are not distinguished characteristics. GooPhone X1 + is equipped with a 5-inch FWVGA-display (854 x 480 pixels), 2-core computing device MediaTek MT6572 processor with a clock speed of 1.2 GHz, RAM 1 GB, internal memory of 4 GB expandable up to 32 GB (via slot microSD). There are also two cameras (rear 5-megapixel front facing 2-megapixel) and a battery capacity of 2100 mAh. The operating system the device uses Android 4.1 Jelly bean.
LG Optimus L4II, in turn, has a 3.8-inch HVGA (320 x 480) and fourth 1-gigahertz processor. Memory device is limited to 512 MB, and 1700 mAh battery. One camera – 3 megapixels, but with LED flash. The smartphone runs on Android 4.1.
LG Optimus L4II is already on sale in Brazil, while the world’s supply of GooPhone X1 + will begin in the coming days. The latter will be offered at a price of $ 150.
