Government starts with cheap loans for solar panels

The advent of the National Energy Saving Fund is an outgrowth of the Residential Energy Accord and Accord. Rabobank and ASN Bank have put in a total of 225 million in the fund, while the government puts 75 million in the pot. A total of 300 million euros. The National Energy Saving Fund is managed by the Housing Stimulation Dutch municipalities.
