Hardware 112 – Lego dog gets new life
On Tweakers are many contributions of community members. Best known are of course the reactions articles and product reviews, but also the Tweak Blogs contain some real gems. More than once, those gems come from tweaker sebastius that his’ craft blog shows how your old, faulty hardware can back to life by using some common sense, patience, technical knowledge and a soldering iron.
Because the repair of posts sebastius be so well received, we asked him if he occasionally wants to write a similar post for the frontpage. This he did quite happily sit and today you can read a new edition of the repair of a Lego Mindstorms NXT controller that seemed to have given up the ghost.
Lego NXT Puppy to life
After the overwhelming amount of positive feedback on the first part of this series were quick enough fun projects to choose from. This time the Lego Mindstorms NXT controller Sulaine turn.
“Recently I was with a cute little dog playing (Puppy Lego Mindstorms NXT) and the plan was to make a birthday cake with Puppy for their son in November,” wrote Sulaine me. “Unfortunately, after just play wish Puppy not walk (he probably ate future birthday cake and deceased from hyperglycemia, or by the fear that he broke up). I have a second NXT brick which also did not do it. This is bought second hand and only after I had gone with the first started, I discovered that the second did not. After having Googled, I read that this is a known display problem. Unfortunately, Lego does anything with (expired product). If you can help me, I can Puppy and make the birthday cake for the birthday of their son. Is Puppy happy and we are happy. ”Viewing:-173
