How to Meditate?

Meditation is a skill to calm your mind and realize the abundant source of energy within you.

In order to start meditating you don’t have to resort to recluse in Himalayas or severe penance but just need the right guidance from a teacher to learn the skill to calm your mind. Doing meditation daily helps you to tap into the inner energy you never knew existed.
