routine walking

now how to do that and follow always very easily

you can always take a walk on terrace even being busy for some work at home
always take a walk in morning minimum of at least 5 minutes daily
its not so hard to take a walk for 5 minutes on any place you living or traveling
everyone can follow this
and walk after taking lunch for 5 minutes
this will give you so much benefits

the morning walk will help you in getting rid of all the diseases and makes you young and away from many types of diseases

the post lunch walk will make yours food in work in right direction for yours health
and mainly will give you lots lots of energy and fitness and muscles strength for girls also very good look wise

and also walk after dinner
that would help you in keeping yours weight check and will keep you in very good shape for always
