Auto-play of videos in web browsers, such as the Safari browser, when browsing websites and social networks seems to be the new epidemic in the Internet world.

Many users today are distressed by the continued adoption of sites or social networks on this property and gradually spread it.

Fortunately, users of the Safari browser on the Mac system can turn off automatic playback of videos while browsing the web by following the steps below.

Click “Safari” and then “Preferences”
Click “Websites” from the top bar
From the side menu click “Auto-Play”
Now you will be able to perform several procedures for sites by specifying a specific web site, and block it from autoplay through the side menu visible next to the site, which will show 3 options which are:

Allow All Auto-Play to autoplay: All videos on the site will be automatically enabled.
Stop the media that has “Stop Media with Sound” : This will block the automatic playback of videos that contain audio, while allowing other videos to play.
Never Auto-Play : This will block the automatic playback of all videos in the selected location, which is the most appropriate option to prevent the inconvenience caused by videos while browsing.
In the ” When visiting other websites” pop-up menu, you can block websites that you have not customized with the same three options. For example, you can block all sites except those added to the list and select their own options.
