Statistical scientist Nathan Yau has devised a strange graphic simulation tool called How You Will Die , which will approximate the approximate time and cause of death on the basis of sex, race, and age. This tool is one of a variety of tools The visual data Yao made is like “bed sizes worldwide” and “the amount of food we eat compared to the quantity we need”.

There are certain facts about death in this life that are unavoidable and unpredictable, but many people are still looking and want to know the answers to these facts either because of curiosity and love of knowledge or to plan how to spend the rest of their days in this life, DNA sequences and medical tests are the most accurate predictions regarding causes of death.

“I want to make data available and useful to people who are expert in data and to those who are not necessarily data experts, I think visualization and imagination play a key role,” Yao explains.

Yao used data from the CDC’s main cause of death database to provide data on the number of people who died in the United States between 1999 and 2014.

According to Yao, these records are based on death certificates requiring a single cause of death. These are categorized into 113 sub-groups, whose origins are 20 categories of diseases and external causes. The tool covers the major categories, The United States, but the tool is a fair prediction of national health.

The tool can be used simply by using sex, race, and age. Each simulation point represents one life for the user. As the years pass year by year, life is simulated, colors match the cause of death, and indicators on the right follow the cumulative percentage bars Finally, the ratios for each of the causes of death are divided into 15 categories.
