HP: vision of the classroom of the future

This is not primarily concerned to paint a picture of the future, which eventually is technically feasible times each in X years, but more about what you already can handle and what only needs to be installed in schools.

Here, grab various elements into one another, as you will soon see in the clip. This has no longer the stuffiness of the seventies and eighties in this country who often inherent in our schools. Instead of the good old table we have here, of course, a large touch screen with 132-inch big VantagePoint touch wall, a classic chalk blackboard course exceeds by several times in their ways.

Also, students are at their desks each with all-in-one PCs or HP Envy X2 ultrabooks equipped, which can be moved together with free table in the classroom. Advantage of the mobility of the tables: One table, the order can adapt to the needs or tasks accordingly and assemble for example, groups which are also different computers connected to each other.

The corresponding software ensures that the teacher has sufficient influence on what is happening on the displays of the students. Sites like Facebook and Co, which could prevent the boys and girls from learning, are blocked here. Many of the allegations against these technologies are thus invalidated. I hear again and again in conversations that you would with the technology “does not even have to exaggerate” and thus young people could be trained to one side. I do not think so, because the possibilities are higher order multiples and enable many new ways to communicate knowledge. I do not quarrel with how old I am or when I went to school, but when I see what opportunities are given to kids in the future at hand, I’m a little jealous – it would have probably even learn a lot of fun to me 😉 Look for yourself in the clip to get a taste of HP’s ideas and solutions:
