HTC brings collection related sports accessories from the Netherlands

Under Armour and HTC bring their line of fitness focused wearables in the Netherlands. The collection of wearables, called Healthbox comes Thursday for a price of 449 euros, so let the manufacturers know.

HTC is responsible for sales of fitness equipment and will do so on the site, says the smartphone maker. In all cases, these are sports-oriented devices, which can make a wireless connection to connect to a smartphone. Managing the data is through the UA Record app for iOS and Android.

HTC designed by the UA-scale can connect via bluetooth and wifi and measures weight and body fat percentages. The device can recognize up to eight people. The UA Wristband has a screen that sits underneath the rubber outer layer, making it hardly notice that there is a screen when it is turned off, says the manufacturer. The Wristband seems to be the successor to the canceled Grip. There is also a heart rate belt, which can track your heart rate during exercise.

The whole box costs 449 euros, while HTC for the scales and the wristband asking 199 euros. The heart rate strap must muster 89 euros. All these products are available from Thursday in the Netherlands. The smartphone maker and the sports presented their product line in January at CES.
