HTC Desire 820 brings in Netherlands




HTC Desire 820 has been released in the Netherlands. The device runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615, with eight 64bit Cortex-A53 cores. Because the device runs on Android 4.4, the software can not run on 64bit.

The Desire 820 is not only in the Netherlands but also available in Belgium at a price of 399 euros; it’s HTC’s most expensive phone in the Desire series of Android smartphones. The availability seems limited: he stands at only a few shops. The 820 comes earlier than previously thought HTC: the release was planned for early next year.

The 820 seems to be a successor to the Desire 816 , which HTC announced early this year, and both devices have important common specifications. They both have a 5.5 “screen with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels and the camera on the back a capacity of 13 megapixels.

The Desire 820 on the other hand HTC’s second unit with 64bit processor, after the Desire 510 , which costs around 180 euros and was released earlier. The Desire 820 also has an 8-megapixel camera on the front. There is 2GB of memory and 16GB of storage memory available, which is expandable with Micro SD memory cards. The battery capacity is 2600mAh and the device supports WiFi n, Bluetooth 4.0 and 4g.
