HTC Desire 820 Review – Great phone for ordinary scholarship
HTC Desire with 820 delivered an excellent smartphone, with no major flaws. The case looks simple, but it feels solid. But we would have preferred a more compact design; the edges around the screen even for a 5.5 “phone on the large side. The downside of this is that extra place for great, great-sounding speakers. The screen is not as sharp as in more expensive models, but looks fine . In terms of speed and hardware, we have little to criticize. The hardware used can hold its own and makes working with the phone usually goes smoothly. Where are you at the hardware level clear on handing compared to more expensive models is the camera quality . So if you are looking for a great phone for an affordable price, then the Desire 820 not a bad choice.
Great for a 5.5 “phone

Although there are plenty of great phones with its high price to find, such as the Samsung Galaxy Note and the iPhone 6 Plus, it is now also possible to buy a large phone without you need a loan for exit. Indeed, it is now clear that there is a real market for large phone manufacturers do their best in every price range to have one.

. Similarly, HTC that the end of 2013 a cautious first step put the 5.9 “HTC One Max In the summer of 2014 followed the midrange HTC Desire 816 and that unit has recently released a successor to the HTC Desire 820. This 5.5 “phone is one of the first devices with the new 64bit Snapdragon 615-soc Qualcomm, with eight cores. Compared to the 816 has HTC so worked mainly on the speed, but also doubled the storage memory and renewed the housing. Enough reason to see if this great midranger offers little value for money.
Housing and screen
One of the issues which are being cut at midrange phones default is the case and that is the Desire 820 no different. He’s full of plastic and very simple design. The back consists of a single, large, gray surface and as accent finished the edges white. Although little hearts beat faster it will go is functionally much wrong. The plastic feels solid and because of the matte finish fall finger smudge quickly. Compared with the more glossy back of the Desire 816, that what weghad iPhone 5c, the housing of the Desire 820 looks a lot nicer.

At the front the Desire 820 is a genuine HTC phone, which is only partially positive. Around the screen is because a thick black border and beyond and -under they look gray strips to which the Tree Sound speakers are concealed. This sound is also, as we have come to expect from HTC, pretty good for phone speakers. The extra space around the screen makes the Desire 820 is a bit larger than other 5.5 “phones and that’s a shame because it is a phone of this size every millimeter less welcome bonus. The LG G3 consists, for example 76 percent of the front of screen, while it is only 67 percent in the Desire 820.
Apart from the Tree Sound speakers is to be found outside the little remarkable. The on-off and volume control, we find on the right side, as usual, and at the left edge are behind a cover nano-SIM and Micro SD slot processed. The USB port is finally on the bottom and the audio output on top. The buttons feel great and give an audible click.

The 5.5 “screen actually provides exactly what we expect from a phone of this class. The resolution of 1280×720 pixels is not very high and the screen is certainly not as sharp as in high-end phones. The pixel density comes out on 267ppi, while more expensive aircraft now to go heavy on the 500ppi, but in the week and a half that we were walking around with the phone, we have not disturbed the resolution.
The other aspects of the display are fine. The brightness comes out at a maximum of 487cd / m², which is certainly sufficient to show the screen still clear in environments with lots of light, and the contrast of 942: 1 is high enough to prevent the image looks faded. More expensive units score in these areas, of course better, but the Desire 820 is in this respect more than adequate. The same goes for color reproduction; apart from a small excess of blue, so what white looks cool, the colors are displayed accurately.Viewing:-153
