HTC takes creator Samsung Galaxy brand as advisor




HTC has Paul Golden appointed as consultant in the field of marketing. Golden worked for years to put Samsung and include the Galaxy brand name in the market. HTC probably want to set up a new marketing campaign to drive. Sales

The appointment of Golden was out brought by Bloomberg based on anonymous sources, but has since been confirmed by HTC itself. He will carry out his work in collaboration with Cher Wang, who as co-founder and chairman of the board of directors is employed by HTC. Being, Golden has a contract of three months given where it is unclear what his exact role will be within the company.

Golden was previously employed by Samsung, where he was responsible for putting the Galaxy brand, which has been made in the smartphone market. Much success in the market Golden was also involved in setting up a marketing campaign for Samsung, which it reacted against rival Apple.

HTC struggling for several years with disappointing sales, despite the release of several high-end Android smartphones like the One. Taiwanese smartphone maker with a new marketing plan probably want to make sure that it can compete better with Samsung.
