Indictment: Apple misled iPhone 4S users with iOS update 9




A group of American user sues Apple for deception. They claim more than five million dollars from the company, because the update to iOS nine their iPhone 4S devices would have made virtually unusable, while Apple had promised performance improvements.

The accusation is not new. So said Microsoft several years ago that the updates for older iPhones was a good tool to boost sales of new models. Many consumers have also complained about.
