Indictment: Apple misled iPhone 4S users with iOS update 9
A group of American user sues Apple for deception. They claim more than five million dollars from the company, because the update to iOS nine their iPhone 4S devices would have made virtually unusable, while Apple had promised performance improvements.

The complainants claim a sum of five million dollars, which has been converted currently about 4.5 million.
The accusation is not new. So said Microsoft several years ago that the updates for older iPhones was a good tool to boost sales of new models. Many consumers have also complained about. Benchmarks were not to install or run on iOS 4.1, but a battery test revealed that the battery life under iOS 1.7 was indeed lower.
