ING customers can not send money through alleged failure – update




Part of the ING customers can transfer money or make payments. This is evident from reports that customers do online. The bank itself has the fault is not confirmed, but it has seen a remarkable number of people report problems.

The problems seem to occur in both the app and in banking through the browser. Customers say to login, but then they see no statement succeed or not payments. The outage began around ten o’clock, it appears on all malfunctions.

The bank itself knows of no interference and encourages customers via Twitter to try to refresh the page or app restart. That seems to work for some customers, but many continue to experience problems with the site and the app. It often happens that the bank is suffering from disturbances. How many customers are affected is unknown.
