ING has suffered from a failure to Mobile Banking – update

ING struggling Saturday morning with a failure in his service for mobile banking. Customers report that they can not log in via their mobile devices. Through the desktop is still possible to regulate banking.

At around 10:30 am Saturday morning began the first reports of a failure to arrive at ING in. The application for mobile phones provides a generic error message that Mobile Banking is not available, as is usual for failures. ING itself has nothing brought out about the fault, so nothing is clear about the cause. It is possible to log on to the desktop.

ING struggled this month several times with a short-term failure. Last year showed that the bank leader in terms of the number of failures in the online payments. It was promised change, but there are regular failures come by.

Update 11:34 pm: it turned out to be a short outage. Mobile Banking is now working again.
