ING suffers nationwide outage My ING and mobile app – update
ING is currently facing a nationwide outage so it is not possible to use my ING or ING app. Also iDeal transactions are not possible for ING customers. The cause of the failure is not known. The bank says working hard to remedy the fault.
The problems with my ING and the ING app around 13:10 arise, as appears from data Allestoringen.nl. The cause of the failure is not yet clear; A spokesman for ING just want to say that the bank is trying to fix the problems as soon as possible. By the interference iDeal payments for ING customers also not possible.
ING faces of Dutch banks with the most failures, became clear in September. ING is a leader when we look at the number of outage days at Dutch banks, followed by Rabobank and ABN Amro.
